How long does it take to fulfill an order?

Small batches (up to 50 cards) are usually handwritten and shipped within 3–4 business days. Larger campaigns can take 5–8 business days depending on handwriting style and quantity. You can always see the live status inside your dashboard.

Can I upload my own design?

Currently, we offer a curated selection of premium card designs. We are working on a custom upload feature for business logos and bespoke artwork, which will be available soon. Contact support if you have a specific request.

Do you offer international shipping?

We currently ship to Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and select Central European countries (Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia). Transit times are typically 2-5 business days.

Is handwriting really done by pen plotter?

Absolutely. Every card is written with a fountain pen on our plotter robots using the handwriting style you selected. We add slight variations to keep each note feeling authentic.
