How to Track Your Order

Once you've placed an order with Handwrite, transparency is key. You can track every stage of the production process directly from your dashboard.

Stages of Production

  1. Order Received: We've received your request and are reviewing your files/recipient list.
  2. Queued for Plotting: Your cards are assigned to a robot fleet.
  3. Writing in Progress: Our fountain pens are busy at work.
  4. Quality Check: A human inspects every single card for smudges or errors.
  5. Shipped: Your order has been handed to the carrier (Deutsche Post/DHL).

Where to find your tracking link

If you are logged in, simply go to your Dashboard. You will see a list of recent orders. Click on any order ID to view its detailed timeline.

For Guest Users

If you checked out as a guest, you will receive email updates at each major milestone:

  • Order Confirmation
  • Shipping Notification (with tracking number if applicable)
