Shipping Information

Handwrite supports two different delivery models, and the pricing logic is different for each:

• Send all cards to me — we ship the finished batch to you
• Mail directly to recipients — we dispatch each postcard individually

The same country set currently applies to both delivery models:

• Germany
• Austria
• Switzerland
• United Kingdom
• Netherlands
• Belgium
• Luxembourg
• France
• Italy
• Spain
• Ireland
• Poland
• Czech Republic
• Slovakia
• Slovenia
• Hungary

1. Send all cards to me

This is the default mode in checkout.

• The finished batch is shipped to your address.
• Shipping is included in the postcard price.
• There is no separate shipping line for standard batch delivery.
• You can optionally add blank envelopes for €0.25 net per card.

2. Mail directly to recipients

If you want us to mail each postcard directly, a per-card surcharge applies:

• Germany: €1.30 net per recipient
• International: €1.55 net per recipient

Delivery estimates

• Germany: 1-2 business days
• Most supported EU destinations and the UK: 2-5 business days
• Switzerland and the UK: allow extra time where customs or carrier handoff slows delivery

These are transit times after production is complete. Production typically takes 3-4 business days for smaller orders and 5-8 business days for larger campaigns.

Duties and taxes

For orders shipped to Switzerland or the United Kingdom, import duties or taxes may apply on delivery. EU shipments are duty-free.
