Frequently asked questions

How long does it take to fulfill an order?
Small batches (up to ~50 cards) are usually handwritten within 3–4 business days. Larger campaigns can take 5–8 business days depending on handwriting style and quantity. Add transit time on top (1–5 business days depending on destination). You can always see the live status inside your dashboard.
Can I upload my own design?
Currently, we offer a curated selection of premium card designs. We are working on a custom upload feature for business logos and bespoke artwork, which will be available soon. Contact support if you have a specific request.
Do you offer international shipping?
Self-serve checkout currently supports Germany only. EU and international campaigns are handled by manual quote so we can confirm timing, VAT, and shipping details before production.
Is handwriting really done by pen plotter?
Absolutely. Every card is written with a real pen on our plotter robots using the handwriting style you selected. We add slight variations to keep each note feeling authentic.
